Let me introduce myself first. Myself Aneesh G Kumar working as a consultant in Infosys Technologies Bangalore. I was looking ofr a housein teh are of Madiwala Bangalore and I met this real estate agent JPMS real estate agency in Maruthi Nagar Madiwala. They shown me a house which was good enough. Now the story goes like this as narrated to me by the broker. There was a girsl who was presently staying in the house. She was occupying the house for last 6 months alongwith her friend. Now her friend got a transfer and she alone was not able to give the entire rent. The broker told me since in the agreement with it was written that if they quit the house before 11 months then 2 months rent would be cut. It was a compulsory agreement for 11 months. The broker told me to say to the onwer that I was her nrother and will be occupying the house and these girls can leave. I said to the broker that its fine but i need to have a seperate agreement for me. The seperate agreement was made and I started staying. After 6 months the house onwer comes and says that rent has to be increased. I requested for the reason and he said it was already 1 year taking into account 6 months of my stay and the other girls 6 months. He told me that this was communicated to broker before itself. When I asked the broker he said he did not knew anything. Then i told him to speak to owner he said he cant and he has stopped doing business with him . The owner ha deducted all the money from me for every possible reasons. Iam sure still the broker does this kind of things with the same people. Can you please take some actions against this broker. The broker details are JPMS real estate agency, Madiwala, Maruthi nagar Run by 2 people both has the name Jose. One fellow is a seniory citizen. 9886509974 is the number.
