Have you ever been blocked by a private "Pandal" on a "Public road" when you were on the way to that important meeting? I have been... many times... That left me wondering, Can anybody dig up the road, raise a platform and cordon off the area where ever they want? And leave citizens to find alternate ways to reach their destinations? Whom to complain to?

Today I was returning from work. Reached almost my house. But the main road (Dodanekundi main road) was blocked by workers erecting a "massive" pandal. Reason - this was for somebody's house warming ceremony. Arguing with the workers seemed pointless. I had a take a detour of 3Kms to reach my house.
