Complaints related to public transport in the city.

I live near BBMP Mahadevapura Zone Office. There is a new bus stop constructed, around 100 ft away from the present, unauthorised bus stop. The new stop does not obstruct the traffic, unlike the old one, which is a good thing.
But the drivers of BMTC buses never stop at the new stop. I registered a complaint in BMTC's website, however I never got a reply. Top management in the traffic
department is not able to bring discipline to the drivers and conductors.
Nevertheless, I would like to put forth a suggestion that may to some extend reduce the chaos. BBMP can put a board which reads the bus stop has been shifted to the new place. Can I expect any improvement?
