We have moved from Jayanagar to this area. As somebody was telling, near Mom and Me, there are no lights on the road and the area is not safe to walk in the dark. Another thing is there are no bus stop near Bank Of Maharashtra on the outer ring road. People who come/go from/to various places by bus have to walk from/to RV Dental College or GD Mara (Where crossing the road to come towards JP Nagar III Phas is very difficult). Inside the JP Nagar 5th Phase, open drains and the whole lot is a neglected area whereas the other side of the outer ring road, the roads are neatly laid.

we have been requesting to the BMTC officials for some BMTC seerices but in vain. But wat we need is a collective group of people fight together for bus service instead of fighiting individually. to make it sucessfull. lets all join hands. plz do mail me back. hoping for reply

Im Sharmila, I have a problem with Body and Soul. JP nagar 5th Phase. I wanted to avail some services there. they told me Rs. 3800 for hair services. when i gave my card they swiped for Rs. 4414. for which they are refusing to give bill and not telling me reasons for extra charges too. I asked for some facial also. They swiped more money from the card, now refusing to give bill. they are forcing me to take extra services for the balance amount. can anybody help me in getting back my balance. im fighting with them for more than one month. Nobody is giving me a responsible answer. they are telling me that it is already swipped. nothing can done. once paid is paid. i cannot take my balance back. i can take any other service from them if I wish. can Citezs Matter help me in this regard. i was trying to reach their higher officials. but nothing worked out. Citizens Matter pls help me. The front office executives were Ms,Manjula and Ms. Hema. The higher officials i was complaing was Mr. Sandeep. He agrees what Manjula did was wrong. Inspite of that he is not taking any action againt this. This insident happended to me on Apr 10. but till now no bill is given to me. im calling them almost everyday for that.
i hope anybody can help me. pls mail me.

send a detail letter along with charge slips and approach consumer forum praying for refund along with costs
